A proud New Jersey native, Kelly brings a wealth of experience and expertise that promises to elevate our journey to new heights.

Kelly earned her stripes with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Rutgers University and polished her skills with a Master of Business Administration in Finance and Strategy from the prestigious Kellogg School at Northwestern University. With an impressive 20-year career, including 18 years at Walmart in various roles, and stints with PwC and UBS, Kelly’s financial acumen and strategic insight align seamlessly with our company’s values and goals.
From day one, Kelly has injected a fresh burst of energy into our team dynamic. Her enthusiasm, coupled with innovative ideas, has already left a positive imprint on our workplace. It’s clear she shares our commitment to innovation and growth, making her an invaluable asset to The Barcode Group family.

Kelly is not just a powerhouse in the boardroom – she brings a unique set of personal skills and experiences to the table. Her leadership proficiency, honed over years of service, will undoubtedly enhance our team’s capabilities. Kelly is deeply invested in her local community, having served on the board of non-profits like the Sunshine School and Development Center, and currently stepping into the role of Vice Chair for the Excellerate Foundation, supporting at-risk communities in Northwest Arkansas.
